I have lost weight but now I am saggy and jiggly in many places. I would like to get in shape. I want to have taught muscles, but not be muscle bound.

  1. Yes. Aerobic exercise is cardio, which is a fat burner, and does not necessarily tone up. In order to show that six pack, you have to lose the fat around the abs, and after, you tone up to sharp those babys.

    Pilates is your money maker for toning up!!

  2. Aerobic won’t do much to firm, it’s for calorie burning. Pilates or yoga might help, so will strength training.

  3. Aerobics is good for fat loss, but won’t help you tone up. Pilates is good for toning, but weight lifting would be better. Don’t worry about getting big bulky muscles, its impossible for women to do so unless they have an unnatrual amount of testosterone.
